ORV fellowship graduate Nancy Yen Shipley, M.D. (2010-2011), is about to begin season 2 of her podcast “6% with Nancy MD”. The podcast was born out of the realization that as a woman orthopaedic surgeon (only 6% female) she had common experiences with other women in traditionally male-dominated careers.
